All exams are multiple choice and 100% completely online. To pass the exam, you will need an 80% or greater. You will have three attempts in total to pass the exam. We will inform you of the questions you got wrong.
There is no time limit when finishing the online PALS, BLS and ACLS classes. You can purchase the classes you need in advance and take the exams any time. Also, there is no time limit during the exam itself. Take as much time as you need to complete the exam once you begin, although you’re not allowed to save your work and then resume it at a later date.
Once the test is completed, you can access a virtual copy of your BLS, PALS or ACLS certificate(eCard) in the customer workroom. You will have unlimited access to the eCard in the workroom. You can use it as your proof of certification if you don’t have your physical certificate with you.
Aside from having your BLS, ACLS or PALS instant provider eCard, we will also send you a hard copy version of your eCard(certificate) in the mail via FedEx, if it is requested. You must always have this certificate in your pocket to use as proof of certification.
