You must pay the fee for a replacement certificate. We do not ship free replacement certificates. If a PDF copy will
suffice, log into your account and download it.
Process:
- Fill out and complete your order form (this is also called BLS: Basic life support)
- Read, at a minimum, the first page of the course to see things that have changed
- Complete a short quiz
- We send your eCard to you, via email and sent next day
If your previous certification was taken at an American Heart Association or Red Cross training center, you are
still able to order this certificate.
